I hope to hell you are wrong about the reinstatement. The profession is much better without her or her type in it. |
Agreed.
Do you think that without the prior preferential treatment she wouldn't have been in the position to file this bogus lawsuit? |
Most likely not. Her status as a female on the department can make lots of things disappear. I don't see why she made Sgt, but then again, I can name quite a few useless supervisors I have had.
In St. Louis where I used to work, we had a female that made it to the rank of Major purely on the minority/female thing. She was completely useless and in fact dangerous as she actually flourished her husband(another cop) with her department handgun. Nothing was done to her either.
By the way, did I mention that supposedly one of her children was fathered by a then Assistant Chief of Police(not here husband)? |
My question was poorly worded.
It looks like she got a pass for the illegal act of defrauding the government.
If I did this, it could be prosecuted. In the private world I'd be fired.
She got a pass.
It seems that you're saying that, most likely, she got a pass by virtue of her sex. Not that she got a pass because she was an LEO.
Did I get that right?
At any rate, if she had been fired before, the lawsuit would never have been filed.
