I just read up on both Cruz's and Trump's marijuana policies. They are fairly similar.
Not sure what all the crying is about. The Hugh/Hiram tag-team spam-team against Trump is annoying. If you're goal is to make me dislike Donald Trump, this isn't a winning strategy- in fact, it has the opposite effect.
I don't believe Trump to be a pure "conservative" for a second. But I also don't worship politicians as saviors or messiahs or expect them to be ideologically pure. And that applies to the golden boy Cruz as well. Trump's image is that of a nationalist, with some conservative flair, running under the Republican party. He tapped into a hidden raging ocean of populism that the other candidates could not.
I don't get my panties twisted over his presence in the campaign. Either I can like what he says and cheer him on, or ignore him and go about my day if I don't. Raging on ARFCOM is not part of the equation.
