The last bit I saw sounds about right.  I guess the one I viewed was edited to make the guy look better.  What a jackass.

Here it is...

yeah its debatable..he was a major cause of his own exigent circumstances and he could have done different and most likely not had an issue...but F&G said good shoot so all's good.. moose are everywhere up here..even right in the middle of out biggest city, you kind of get used to them and most people deal with them without issue...but you can't crowd them(notice the head down, ears back? classic I am pissed..leave me  alone)...it worked out for the guy and luckily no one got hurt..

Court records show that Johnston has at least eight misdemeanor assault convictions since 2000, plus a lengthy record of arrests for domestic-violence offenses. Candelario has prior convictions for fourth-degree assault, unauthorized entry and criminally negligent burning, while most of Galloway's record involves traffic charges.

While not mass murderers......they DO seem to be JERKOFFS!!

What else does one do in Alaska on Saturday night besides robbin' and rapin' and assaultin'?

This time of year?  Black bear season should be opening up in a few days I think, fishing is good year round, the weather is beautiful, so damn near whatever you want.

Winter, you stay inside and play xbox.

Damn  Most of the folks I know are happy to get a black or two and call it good.  Good hunting though, with the early spring they're probably going to be out and hungrier than usual.

Fuck me, that's a huge griz.

Yeah, kind of destroyed me for wanting to take more though....  the two old guys I went with had killed piles of bears(the one had 27 bear rugs/mounts in his home) , and both told me he was small but ok, after I shot him and we got up on him both were like, holy cow thats big for a towklat grizzly..funny thing , F&G aged him, he was only 5 years old, and they don't reach full size  until 8 years old..wish I could have got him 3 or 4 years later but he is a great first bear.... funny how many people I show him too and first words many say is oh, I thought he was bigger, or yeah my buddy shot a big bear...LOL bad thing is its hard to find a place to hang him in an average house, since I divorced I have rented and hang him on a normal wall and he ends up with a paw on the roof and on the floor, which looks like crap, so he has been sitting in a chair like pictured or now in this new place he is hanging on the half wall that separated the living room from the staircase..(paws still laying on the floor though)..but I enjoy taking friends out for them, and its cool to see them get nice ones...been wanting to find a really pretty big female, but no luck for me yet...

I don't have a problem with it.

usually moose will run off.  I wonder if why he couldn't turn it around.

but once the moose started kicking, I would have shot him, too.  dude is lucky the moose didn't connect on his head.

From what I've seen of that video, I wouldn't call it a 'good shoot' but legally passable.
