I really want a cabin in the woods on at least 50 acres.  I'm about a year out.

Looks fun. Getaway or hunting trip?

a cabin in the woods doesn't need a tv or cell reception

My 2 oldest boys are camping this weekend with their scout troop.  A little cold tonight and possible rain tomorrow night.  I never seem to make this campout for some reason.

Well the burgers are in the skillet, and the fire is in the stove. Complete with a retarded black lab.  French fries are gonna be slow, cause the peanut oil is froze

From Experience - move your fire extinguisher to the other side of the room. If things go wrong you may not be able to retrieve it to fight the fire. You should always have your gear stowed away form the most likely source of trouble.

Otherwise - nice setup!

I used to live in a cabin like that here in West by God Virginia. Had a toilet and everything! Ahhh. Those were the days. Now, I push a lever on the wall, and the house gets hotter or colder. Not quite the same somehow...

That looks like last years winter outing Waldo and I did, decided to drop 6" of snow the last night we were there, I do have to say, once the snow covers the base of the tent, it makes it warm inside

Yeah, the cabin is not really camping we know that, been there done that, just figured I'd pull GD's leg, and show off the kegerator and cabin for Waldo  In case you guys have never come along with us, which a few in here have, or haven't seen our posts, we do backpacking trips every other month or so April-October, and normally a winter trip.
