Just beating the shit out of him isn't going to make him stop, just be more cautious next time. So you're going to turn him in after you beat the fuck out of him? False imprisonment, assault. I'm sure the cops are going to be like "thanks guys!" if you hand over a beaten pedo that you recorded beating.
