Be right back: off to eat pound of Turkish apricots and then go slopping at Target

My wife called and cancelled her Target card when this came out. When they asked why she cancelled, the lady on the other end was shocked to hear that she would cancel over the bathroom rule. Liberals truly are out of their minds.

Everyone should visit a Target store and leave an upper decker in protest.

Well, I am heading to Target, and hanging out in the ladies room all day....because I can...

A couple serious questions: 1. Is it awkward or difficult to take your younger daughters into the men's room with you? Women take our sons into the women's room all the time and it's no big deal. Why is it different for fathers and their daughters? 2. Would you prefer transgender mtf individuals be in the bathroom unattended with your young teenage sons? Do you feel they pose a threat to your daughters and wives, but not your sons? What abut the ftm individuals? Are they threats to your sons, but not your daughters and wives? 3. I see quotes like these quite often in transgender bathroom threads: I know these are sort of joking, but it is indicative of a mindset that goes directly to thoughts of being an opportunistic sexual predator. Is this the mindset that worries you, and if so, is it really so pervasive that it causes you to have legitimate worries? If, in fact, it is that pervasive, that indicates a fairly widespread problem. What are you doing to address that problematic mindset, other than getting upset about transgender bathroom usage? 4. Do you believe the little female symbol on the door is a magical ward that keeps men (and specifically rapey men) out? Do you feel like your daughters and wives are safe if they put up a little sign saying "no men allowed"? In a crowded restroom, there is very little to worry about because there are always people around and little opportunity for someone to actually assault anyone. It's the empty, unpopulated restrooms women worry about, and we exercise caution in those because we realize that a rapist may be in there regardless of their policy on transgender bathroom usage. 5. So any perv can throw a wig on and go in the women's bathroom to creep? That's fucked up.
|
|
The solution is simple. Change the signs that say "men" and "women" to "penis" and "vagina".
|
|
I say all men should start using the ladies restroom; and we should pee on the toilet seat, then raise it before you leave. It will only take a few months before political leaders and liberal executives will be tar and feathered by mobs of pissed off women.

What about questions 1-4? 1...Don't have a daughter, but probably would feel uncomfortable taking her into a mens room...yeah, doesn't make a lot of sense, but going into a mens room, you have guys with their junk out at urinals, don't know if I would want to expose a daughter to that... 2. I don't see it as a threat so much...just weird, like I said, if you LOOK like a man, but are not, just use the damned mens room...unless someone has a camera hidden, or are peaking under the stalls, no on will be the wiser, and vice versa...why make a stink (pardon the pun)... 3. Its kind of the same thing as the whole locker room idea...the point is, if you make it perfectly fine for men to use the womans bathroom, or locker room, because of the way they "identify" (and vice versa).....then you cannot be surprised when someone who is a real perv takes advantage of the situation....and it will happen.... 4. No, of course the little sign doesn't do anything....BUT if you make it allowable, you make it easier for a bad situation to happen...again, say I was a real perv who got off on listening to chicks go to the bathroom. Normally me walking into a womans room would kind of set off some bells and whistles....but with the new laws and such, I can walk in all tall and proud...now do I think it will be happening all the time, no...but I do think it certainly opens more doors to issues than before..... |

What the transgendered are going through is not my business. But I have sympathy for the people who don't want them in the restroom with them. We have to respect their wishes as well. As a parent I don't see any reason why my young teenage daughters should be forced to go into large public restrooms with a man in a dress. It would be simple to put in one small non designated restroom in larger public areas where people can lock the door behind them and who gives a damn who goes inside.

5. Which bathroom should these people use? http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/archive/00360/SNN2724Y_280_360031a.jpg https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/19/5c/f6/195cf672dfb7ff80d290445fe3714c93.jpg http://media.vogue.com/r/h_480,w_480/2015/07/28/00001Androgynous-Models.jpg https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQMoh4R6yc60yZgO9ANMvxIwOkfGFgph05pcq_Fm6afP-WPQxwqew https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/8e/32/43/8e3243b01320b642b433fc64fd724a09.jpg https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/ed/b9/11/edb91187a095c65ff920670e0385ebbc.jpg View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Most of those you would be hard pressed to tell a difference. A good stop gap would be to, oh, I don't know, use the family restroom or continue using the bathroom that you had been using all your life until you transition. There's no shame in being trans, right? So, why the big push if there's no shame in it? Whatever, it's just more special treatment for the side show freaks and celebration of mental illness. |

You don't have to wear a dress to use the women's restroom, right? So what if I'm wearing jeans, a motorcycle vest, and combat boots, i identify as a woman, i have every right to be there. |

1) Im a daddy and I take my daughter into mens rooms to use a stall, I try not to make a big deal of it, but have told her only to go into the bathroom with mommy or daddy, not by herself. simple. 2) I srsly don't get why people are so scared about this, the only people who will abuse the change are the "Guess I can dress like a woman and hang out in the women's room" like you reference in #3. Im not worried about a mtf or ftm in the bathroom of their choice. 3) People need to grow up 4) Its funny that a good chunk of the "you think a no guns sign will save lives?" crowd think the sign on the door will magically apply and stop stuff now.... 5) I really don't care what bathroom people use, go potty, leave... Im not sharing a stall with someone, the restroom remains as private as it was before the change... meh View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

So by all means increase the chances of bad things happening. Any way you want to put a "progressive" spin on this you are raising the risk by legally allowing men into the ladies room. Don't ask, don't tell was working just fine. |

The silent majority is losing the battle to maybe 15% of the population that is simply LOUDER THAN THEM! They complain where it counts. |
