(It has a light on it now, I was replacing it when the picture was taken). There are also 10 loaded AR mags in the room, and a handgun with 3 mags ready to go. Of course I'm alone with no children, so it's not hard to do. |

The 686 is my bedside pistol , but my gunrack is on the other side of the bed ......its contents change from day to day . There's an 870 in her , right now , ready to go . Various Fudd rifles and usually at least one loaded AR or AK. Also , there's 125 lbs of Porter at my feet  . |

Stevens 320 12 gauge loaded with 00 buckshot, and a S & W MP 15-22 for the girlfriend to take shelter in a corner behind the bed. Two extra mags under the bed. Practiced the situation before. Having those two so close helps us feel more comfortable.
