+!00000000000000000 I've said that more than once. I also agree that it's more that about being constitutional. Even if it's constitutional, someone will complain/sue that there were not any whites arrested in connection with black on black violence in a 100% black neighborhood.  Of course, that's only after the media has put it's spun on things making the accusation appear plausible. |

Don't worry, since the NAACP doesn't want him to stop the black on black crime, he'll just sit on his hands and do nothing. Then they will come back bitching about the crime. He'll probably get his way in the end.
