well, its about 0830 centeral, i made it to about 1030 or 11 last night, im not sure which.
woke up this morning and took 3 tylenol and drank half a gallon of water.

in retrospect that may have been a bad choice last night, but im no longer sure how to handle all the crap im going through and my brain needed a night off. (at least i locked the guns up and hid the key from myself, now i just have to find it lol)
