Fucking Fascist COCKSUCKERS. I hate gang members, bangers, thieves, urban wannabees, and anyone who looks like they don't hold a steady job. But this is bullshit.

How about they actually deal with real crimes, instead of making more laws for people to break.

Yes, I get the LE bs tacticts of selective enforcement as a PC to stop and search. Right up there with front license plates, seat belts, and helmet laws.

Also it qualifies as revenue enhancement.

How about the PD put together a dozen warrant squads, start off with the worst multi-offender/violent criminals that have outstanding warrant and FTA from the court system and start snatching the fuckers off the street or at momma's house or so on. That would make a serious dent in the Chicago crime problem.

How many outstanding warrants and FTA of gang banger and dealers are sitting collecting dust, while this drawer abaitment program is going on?

So if I happened to lose an inch or two off the ol spare tire and the pants start to sag a bit, I get to shell out $25 to Lynwood? Just sayin, sometimes they sag more than I'd like and I don't notice till I'm walkin around more and they start slippin.

These are good points. If I walked around in my tighty-whities I'd definitely expect police contact.

eta: Thought experiment: If urban youths can walk around sagging, can I walk around in my tighty-whities and a t-shirt? If so, then so be it. Otherwise, it seems only fair.

This particular law should be scrapped probably.

However, if someone is walking around in their underwear (extreme sagging), they should get busted just like I would for walking around in my tighty-whities.
