ease up dude. it's no different than laughing at jersey shore or dog the bounty hunter. or laughing at the shit you liked in the 80s - there were some cool riffs, but the cheese factor was sky high. http://www.theglamnationnetwork.com/uploads/1/3/1/2/13123626/1557621_orig.png View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

They rock, sorry I missed a chance to see them live a few years back. Maybe in a reunion tour!!!! Aren't they still together? My understanding is they did some naughty things in the US and they are not allowed back into the US? Not exactly. They were arrested for public indecency after a show and the charges were later dropped. They basically said Fuck you, if you're going to treat us like that when we were invited, we won't perform in your country. A couple years ago they finally came back, and their first show in the US after 10 or more years was at Madison Square Garden. I saw them during their last tour in Minneapolis, and the last time I saw that much fire in one place I was watching a house burn. |

Saw them in Philly last year. It was awesome
Left the concert with no voice and ringing ears. |

They did the same thing with Engel. Both are pretty bad. Anyway, Rammstein in their male modeling days |

i am pleased that threads celebrating the ultragay teen angst of rammstein are less frequent these days. Go back to Iron Maiden old man. apt. and damning. but when i saw them in the early 90s, i did chuckle a bit. especially when the new guitar player spanked his strat with his guitar cord. that was kind of odd. and possibly gay. |

They are still a band. View Quote In EVERY interview, they've always said they will never change the lineup. If any one REALLY wants out, it's done. Not bringing in some new guy, and going by the old name. Rammstein is Till, Flake, Christian, Paul, Richard and Ollie. Period. That beats some of the bands touring now, where the ONLY original member is the Bass player, or something. |

You say you took German in highschool, yet you typed up the lyrics to the English version of Du hast. It's not "you hate." It's "du hast mich gesagt" aka "You asked me." The entire song is a play on words regarding German wedding vows. (hasst / haßt is hate) |

The word play starts with the words "hast" (have) and "hasst" (hate). The line "Du hast mich gefragt und ich hab nichts gesagt" translates into "you have asked me and I said nothing". |

Well there is a reason the live version is not performed in the states. It is now. This was last year. I watched it performed live myself. http://youtu.be/tVFkwR6nrVw That's the tamed down, neutered version they had to come up with to avoid being arrested again. The original performance involves Till pulling a big dildo out of his pants and simulating anal sex on Flake. |
