They have to have extremely low effective IQ's to even ask that question.  As does anyone who answers "yes".  But, it's the Washington Post, the absolute bottom of the intellectual barrel.

According to the Federal 'Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act', signed into law in 2005 by George W Bush, that's pretty much impossible. So WaPo and Bloomberg et al can go suck-start a shotgun.

Oh certainly
Used car salesmen are directly responsible for injuries suffered in collisions of the evil, dangerous automobiles they turn loose on the unsuspecting, innocent public.
Voters are of course responsible for the fraud, theft, warmongering, and destruction of liberty wrought by elected officials.

Should gun stores be held responsible for crimes committed with weapons that they have sold?

Don't you think you ought to go to this link and let the fine people of The Washington Post know what you think?

Right now it's fiddy-fiddy.

Didn't see an "Are You Fucking STUPID?" option, so I voted NO. 52% No, 48% Yes

Just as intelligent to say: Could Ford be sued because a guy on the highway evading police pursuit drove a Mustang?

I can see the libtard argument now...in fact, I'm surprised I HAVEN'T seen it already.

"That is an EBC: Evil Black Car.  It was designed with an oversized, environment-killing engine, animal-wounding tires and bodywork, and purpose-built to go faster, quicker, and stop more recklessly than a car normally used for driving.  Some owners also modify these things to go fully automatic, and many models have a shoulder thing that goes across.  What would happen if a child got a hold of one of these, or––God forbid!––took one to school?  No one needs a car like that (outside of the military and law enforcement).  Cars like this kill over 30,000 people per year.  When Ford puts a car like this into the hands of an ordinary citizen, they might as well as be smashing the foot down on the accelerator pedal themselves.  This kind of irresponsible behavior from a modern manufacture should not be tolerated by a modern society."

...and yet, try as I might...I can't get gun-haters to see the difference.

Yes 51.45%

Do those 51% have so sense of personal responsibility?

Is a car maker responsible for you driving off a cliff as a dumb ass as well?
