The Yugo Tokarevs have been in the U.S. for a few years. They are well built and are C&R pistols. I doubt the Czechs would make them since they never made a Tokarev clone.

Pistol arrive basically new in grease. Bore in grease with no marks of fired primer of breachface. Gun perfect except no stick of cleaning and ugly peasant scratch on right side.

I only wish that good American comrades could have orignal pistol of Tokarev without silly safety of schmoe. Soon Chairman Obama ban all imports all the more shame for once proud motherland of great Browning.

I have a Romanian and a Polish. Been thinking about getting the safety hole welded up in one of them and refinished, see how it goes... I just change my mind every time I think about how expensive that work would be

They do shoot beautifully though.

I have a Chinese bring back from my dad,no safety obviously and the bullet that hit the extra mag in the holster was an easy repair. my Yugo had the ugly safety but thats now in the bottom of a drawer. I have seen some re welds that look spotless.

No scratch of peasant. It is aftermarket accessory. But, very nice feature from factory. It is production of monday morning or friday evening.
