There is a lot to propeller design other than the basic shape of the blades.  Not much info can be gleaned from this pic.    I would not be too concerned about this pic, but the Navy usually covered the prop as soon as a  blade poked through the surface of the water.

I found drawings for our prop - an amazing piece of work.  

The propeller was the only classified "secret" thing in teh engineroom of a 688 class sub.
