BTW if no one remembers, PEPSI was the first company to suck up to the Communists to start
selling their products in China and the USSR.

Also PEPSI owns:

Taco Bell

Pizza Hut

KFC

Finally, the US (not Canada mind you) - yes, you guessed it - the middle finger. She then launched into a diatribe about how the US is seen as the middle finger to the rest of the world. The rest of the world sees us as an overbearing, insensitive and disrespectful nation that gives the middle finger to the rest of the world.

I wonder if she uses analogies that include ... (na, you get the point though).

IS Iraq the present home of the beheader al Zarqawi?

Yes.

You distrust Bush BECAUSE he takes moral stands on issues of moral values. I know your type. Conspiracy theorist extroadinaire - like  we're after the oil or some such silliness.

I distrust Bush because he caters to the religious right, who I don't trust.
I have no doubt that we ARE there ultimately for the oil, to establish and keep a base of operations in the area that is friendly to us , etc.

Following email to their board:

I recently read the remarks made by your CEO at a Columbia Business School graduation, her comparison of the United States to the middle finger was not only insulting and inaccurate, but also inarticulate.  It's clear that she and Pepsi do not value the independent spirit and freedom that are the fabric of our nation.  I cannot in good faith purchase products from a company that feels this way, therefore I will no longer be purchasing ANY Pepsico products, I'll be replacing my Gatorade with Powerade, and Ruffles with Cape Cod potato chips.

Thats one man. A man not even known to the American public when we invaded. So that ahs nothing to do with why we are there.Your point? You think we are there for one man? If there were foreign troops on US soil, I think you'd be seeing stuff done to them by local populations that would make beheadings pale by comparison.

Probably because you haven't seen them mix booze with soda.  Coke is best for mixing with rum or whiskey, Pepsi is better on it's own.

The analogy I read wasn't an insult to the US.  It was somewhat clumsy and could be construed as anti-American by the hpersensitive, but it didn't look like an insult to me.

They pay-per-murder $25,000 for the suicide bombers families.

What's it gonna take for you to understand that murderers commit murder?

But as I ALREADY pegged you with, you WILL NOT ( as a matter of the will) see these connections because you dislike Pres Bush's morality. Thus, your latent hate for the man has blinded you to the obvious.

Do some research on what exactly went on for PEPSI to get those deals.  It was really reflective of

Pepsi, Coke, General Electric, Ford, GM, etc, . . . they all have only one goal: MONEY. That is their loyalty, ergo, they only use "patriotism" when they need to suck us in to do their dirty work.

Miss Pepsi should not surprise you in the least, she's an Internationalist (as are most of her coharts) and her loyalties do not lie with our country. And guess what? Most of our "Representatives" are of the exact mind set.

No that's not what he means and what he's getting to is a GREAT point.

Why are WE always the ones in the wrong?
Why are WE the ones always having to appease or cater to everyone else?
What about our needs and wants?
We are the ones that are willing to take the heat and loose great men in the process but yet WE are the evil ones that start everything.

It's the SAME damn thing, day in and day out.

There have been examples DAILY since the war in Iraq started.

America will get pinned for something little and the world makes it a HUGE deal, meanwhile the opposite side is doing MUCH worse things, but yet ALL of the attention is on the STATES.

The Abu Prison abuse stuff is a GREAT example of what I'm talking about if you still not following.

So... that'd make it a Pepsi product?
Bah... there's no substitute for Squirt... though, I guess I can replace my A&W Root beer with Barq's.
Though, after the move to Michigan, I probably won't buy much of either.  This state is just straight-retarded, and only someone from Michigan would say differently.
