Members of the staff here at LWRC had a sneaking suspicion that member "Moose" on this forum was actually Paul Leitner-Wise. This has been confirmed, more on this later in this post.

It appears he has been operating on almost all of the other firearms forums under the name bgoddin. His alias this time is Brian Goddin, a supposed General Dynamic's executive/consultant. Of course, GD has no such person. I almost wished they did. Other than his public posts, he has been up to alot of funny business by PM/IM on the various boards, and those have been streaming in to us here. If he has duped you into a conversation, we would appreciate you forward copies of your communication with him to me ([email protected]). This guy needs to go to jail for good. I am so disappointed in our legal system thus far. It seems they do not care much about white collar criminals like PLW.

Funny enough, most comments I get is "how can this guy be that stupid to do this AGAIN from his home IP address." The answer is he thinks everybody else is too stupid to figure it out.

The IP address is 76.21.179.50  When you search the location for the IP, the little yellow pin interestingly almost sticks out of the roof of his house. I passed on the IP to AR15.com and the IP is a match for PLW's shill accounts as the USSOCOM officer hipfired gun, and the other shill accounts he set up. It appears as though this zebra cannot change his stripes and continues to con, manipulate, decieve people, and get himself in trouble. That is his choice....he will surely wear a uniform with stripes on it one day if he continues to engage in these types of activities.

I thought you guys deserved to know. He has been communicating with members on other boards like the famed "loomis farms" filling his angry head with bullshit information. He has manipulated others in industry. The reading has been enjoyable.

Please send us your famous PLW/Moose IM's.

You'd think he'd have changed his IP. It's simple enough to do, even with a static IP.

It all makes sense now.  I figured that Moose guy had a bone to pick with LWRC.  I'm a new owner of an excellent LWRC SRT upper and I love it.

That account was locked days ago.

Anyway Paul Leitner Wise used to be at Leitner Wise Rifles. Someone associated with lwrc had a bunch of troll accounts here that were used to bash competitors and post false praise about lwrc products. "hipfiredgun" was one of them, he claimed to be, if I remember correctly, a special forces soldier. He even used the name of a real special forces soldier. He posted made up stories about how great lwrc rifles did in secret squirrel .mil testing. The guys from lwrc said it was Paul Leitner Wise and kicked him out of the company after we locked the accounts.

Wasn't there lots of other crazyiness other than false pretense Arfcomming that led to his getting booted from LWRC?

I guess what I didn't understand is the company structure of LWRC.  If Paul was the owner, how could the others force him to leave?  Were any investors involved?
Link Posted: 10/25/2007 5:35:00 PM EDT
[#11]
Hey guys.  PLW was not the owner.  It is a long and pretty freaky story.  I will save it for my book "Gun Nutz."  Anybody in a corporation can be fired unless they hold over 51% of the voting shares.  Even then there are circimstances they can be fired for cause. Once he was fired we didn't want him to have any affilliation with the company whatsoever so one of the investors bought all of his shares.

Yeah, all his posts were extremely negative towards LWRC.  If I remember correctly, he was sorta forcibly removed from the company.

I read in one of the gun rags that they had existing contracts which made it difficult to get out from under the the Leitner Wise name, so they modified it to LWRC.

Yes there was. After being informed by the administration of AR15.com, of what was going on, we began to dig. The more we dug on our end the worst the smell got. The company did the right thing, with removal of said person. As far as criminal action, I'm not sure I can disclose the matter. But the facts are available through public records, I'm assuming Fairfax County is a good starting point.

When Leitner Wise Rifle Company merged with Grenadier Precision (Darren and Jesse's company) they took on a lot of new investors.  Paul Leitner Wise was a minority share holder and held a paying job at LWRC but was not the "owner".  It was shortly after the merger the Hip Fired Gun incident came to light and Paul Leitner Wise was fired and escorted off the property.  As you can see in the pics of the new 7.62 NATO SABR above, which under production, the name was changed to Land Warfare Resources Corp. so it is still LWRC but they have removed the name of the criminal from the company's name to distance the company from him.

Nothing like a .308/7.62, piston driven, side charging, billet uppered, billet lowered, billet railed, DPMS/SR25 mag taking rifle to make one lust for final production pics.

Did I mention you will be able to turn a knob on the gas block to turn it into a straight pull bolt gun for use with subsonic or supersonic ammo with a suppressor?
