Farmersville here. Just west of Dayton. Got my own range now. Used to belong to Miamisburg Sportsmans Club and Middletown S.C. Got tired of sharing my space and taking turns. I guess I don't play well with others.[}:D] |

No, my grandfather was from there though. He raised blueticks and we did an awful lot of coon hunting down that way. I'm sure my father would know of them. In a town that small everyone knows everyone else,LOL.

The scary part is I have been to or through all of these places.
SWS, Lyndhurst here also, used to live in SE Ohio, Bridgeport to the member from New Athens, and I actually know where Diamond is, I did a stint as a portage County Sheriff's deputy while in college. Lots of Ohio folk here. |

NO, can't say I chased any UFOs, but we did have an elderly woman we suspect was killed by UFOs when her tinfoil hat fell off. Long but true story. The truth is out there, but who knows.

Reserve generally means part time either paid or unpaid. I did my first year as a reserve while going to college, then 15 years full time taking early retirement ( ie sick of putting up with politics for insufficient income ) and am now a reserve again after starting a successful private business enterprise.
Also if anyone knows how to get there I need directions to Tusco. Supposed to stop there in the morning. Will be coming of of 250 westbound. |

Ahhh yes, reserve again, after holding every rank from patrolman to Chief of Police( city )Served in departments ranging in size from a 10 person investigative unit, to 300 + sworn. All in all not a bad accomplishment. Still have my peak earning years ahead and not sorry for any of it. Besides, being a reserve again is fun.

I'm from Xenia, just up the road from Spring Valley range. I usually shoot at Miamisburg Sportsman's Club, where I'm a member. We have covered shooting points at 50,100,and 200 yds.
Also a .22 pit and an indoor range for pistol only. |

Can you fill us in on the membership requirements for the Miamisburg Sportsmans Club? Fired my first black rifle there back in the early 90's. Borrowed an AR-70 off of a friend of mine and proceeded to fire 2 mags through it. Still sorry I didn't buy it for $600 a couple of years later. |
