What tenents of the ACLU's ideology have so "enormously" changed since it was first established?

The ACLU now accepts Free Will.
With free will as a fundemental an organization can not be Communist (just another variety).

It's sad that you are part of an orginization that would call outstanding citizens like the minutemen 'vigilantes'. If the stories i've heard about what those watchers the ACLU sent out were doing I would think you would be ashamed of that orginization enough that you would already have dropped your membership and never admit it to anyone.

I've known a few ACLU attorneys, DK-Prof is right, they're lefties (mostly edit and a few of the girlie aclu attorneys don't shave their legs

) but I see no real world proof that there is any affiliation btw the aclu and communism.

I guess they could have been having secret meetings with Castro or one of the other two or three communists that still exist in the wild, but that seems more a Newsmax fueled fantasy than anything else.

Edit2-I don't remember any of them taking on criminal cases, I thought they only handled civil matters, but I haven't had any contact with any of those guys in many years.

Edit3-From the contact I have had with real live ACLU members and attorneys, claiming the ACLU takes on cases for Christians occaissionally as a cover for their evil commie acts is hilarious, talk about a basic lack of understanding of these people.

If they shot at an indoor range, Cleland's comes to mind. It's probably the most popular indoor range in the area (somebody correct me if I'm wrong). It's not technically in Toledo, but it's just outside of it in Swanton. I shoot there all the time. I've seen people there that looked, uh, "muslim" a few times, but then who hasn't?

Maybe they've been in the lane next to me!

Ah, who knows? I'm just glad they caught the fuckers.
