He has. There aren't any full time retail jobs outside of management now. Full time retail jobs have been replaced with 2-3 part time jobs.

In my experience,  right around 2014 a lot of business cut hours down to 24hrs/week. The men started working in mills. The women picked up 1-2 extra part time jobs and immediately found a boyfriend to shack up with.

If like to see a smarter man than me analyze the effect of the ACA on cohabitation and women's employment. From what I've seen,  JugEars has disempowered women more than he's helped them.
