That wont work, there is no magic paint that makes things invisable to radar.  And a shell cant be shaped like a B2 or F117 to reflect away.  And Radar Absorbant Material is usually measuered in inches to FEET of thickness.



That is the development part. I have been shown coatings that do reduce reduce signature-not saying they would work in this application, but there is such a thing. And then there is the question of reflective content in the first place. And sabot cladding over a shaped object would have some advantageous qualities.
