You're lucky to have such a place in such a beautiful state.

Your cabin is a whole lot nicer than my house.

Nice Place!

Do you have a spring or clear creek?
Is there electric power there?
Are there antelope, whitetails, and mule deer?
Bears? Coyotes? Wolves? Buffalo? Elk?

There is a spring, but no creek, unfortunately.  We've thought about redirecting some water from some neighboring land so we could have a fishing pond, but thought it just wouldn't be worth the money.

Yup, there is electricity and running water from a well under the cabin.

Antelope, deer, elk, coyotes, bears, mountain lions, and even a moose last year.  For target practice we have a fair selection of prarie dogs.  Not many are left, thanks to Mr. Rimfire, but there are TONS about a mile down the road on a friend's land.

Haha.  I just posted this on Colorado's AR15 shooter site and they're already trying to use me for my cabin/land, too.  Bastards...

Nice place to be sure, TargetNik

Just got back to Fla. after a 2 week-er to Wyoming / Montana, and I may never be the same- in a good kinda way

No doubt.  Denver isn't THAT much different than WY, but every time I go, I don't want to come back.  I'm pretty sure I'll move there some day.  I'm already considering finishing school at UW so I can live there year round, but I dunno if that'll fly or not.
