How can the government refuse to accept government issued money? This is in reference to them only accepting $20 in change and has nothing to do with the urine side of it. Now businesses can refuse your sale if you pay with all change but if the government demands payment how can they refuse government issued money? That would be an interesting court case to see play out. This!!! |
