Agreed...Terrible, terrible but thank god those two guys were there and responded. Still won’t stop the anti-gun left but the shooter’s demise couldn’t have been more perfect.

So a good citizen used a rifle to kill an evil person with a rifle... The media (and especially the left) will not like this one bit. It defies their narrative (that people don't need guns).

Reports are now saying "Bad Conduct Discharge" so still allowed to buy weapons, punishable by 12 months in the brig. Supposedly did 12 months in the brig. Not trying to clutter the thread, but if OP want's to add updates to OP, just updating with the latest reports.

Earlier tonight I watched a press conference. The officials said a civilian may have shot the asshole, or maybe we did. They said the asshole is dead. Maybe we killed him... don’t know for sure.

According to these accounts, they knew exactly what happened and it is impossible for the cops to have killed the asshole. It appears to me that even TX does not want to admit a civilian intervened.
