I'm inclined to think the Lions should just let the Saints score here and tie it up, so the Lions have enough time to get another touchdown.
It would be a major blow for the Lions to be winning almost the entire first half, let New Orleans tie it up right at the half and then Saints get the ball again in the 2nd half to take the lead. |

Maybe if they were on the 5. But not from 40 yards out. If you can hold them to a field goal here, the Lyons will still have time to get into field goal range before the 1/2. I voted Detroit but could really care less as long as they score more in the second half. I want another 900+ combined yards game with a combined score approaching 90+.
On another note, am I the only one who thinks the Saints away uniform looks better than their home uniform? |

Good half for the Lions. The defense was not stellar, but enough to stymie Saints.
Lions got to do a better job of tackling in the 2nd half. That 2, 3 missed tackles, then a run of 15-10 yards bullshit has to end. |
