Man, that's really cool of you guys!  No need to sweat it!  I have been trying to get that plate frame back for months now.  It's all good.  Thanks for the offer guys, I didn't expect that at all.  Shoulda just kept my mouth shut, but in a sick sort of way, I like a good rant now and again over that ***** @()*)#*@*#@&. [;)]  I am so over the hurt.  Life is getting better, and despite all the ongoing crap, I am already way better off than before.

Tell you what, if anyone has one they would like to sell, either CavVet or Shadowblade, or whomever, figure it out and IM me, I will send you a Postal MO!

I'd be in for an IBTL or SEC reference, if I had a car ...

edited to add:  I think a SEC ref would be better, though.  kinda like the IBTL oval that says "In Before The Lock" on the bottom, except it would be "SEC" with "Seeing Eye Cat?" at the bottom.

Excellent idea, Sparsky!

I suggest a reworking of the 1835 Gonzales Flag of Texas, you know, the 'Come and Take It' Flag with the Cannon and Lone Star!

It's historical!

No one can object to that can they?

Personally, I like the IBTL oval with the ARFCOM written in the bullet holes. I think we should make several different kinds. That way, just about everyone has a sticker that they like, and chances are, we'll recognize pretty much all of them.

Actually, IBTL is quite common on message boards all over the internet.  Just do a search for "in before the lock" and you'll see what I mean.  Many of the boards have rules against posting any IBTL type messages.

I would rather have a window decal or peal-off sticker; is what's popular now; and put it on from the inside instead of outside.  Maybe ar15.com logo.

I'd like a license plate for the front of my truck.  Anyone else like this idea?

If no license plate, then a removable static sticker for the inside of the window would be acceptable.

Since IBTL is not unique to just this forum,  I suggest adding a couple of .223 rounds to the oval, one on each side of IBTL, oriented facing upwards.

That should do it.

I do a lot of driving in Texas and was thinking it'd be nice if ARF.com had a bumper sticker to help identify other members. What do yall think? I spoke with a few other members and they liked the idea also. Now I'm not good with drawings and such so I figure we could have some members post some images for consideration.

I emailed GB a similar idea like this over a year ago but never got a response. I wanted to be able to ID fellow ARFCOMMERS, like at the range, on the highway, etc. I was thinking more of a badging (like the college emblems), not stickers. Something that is a tad more expensive...

Other content ideas:

Would you hit it?

I'd hit it!

What kind of gun was that in the movie HEAT?

Wolf OK in an AR?  (Very cryptic to most people)

BOTD /Babe Of The Day

Dinner pics:

Which is better:  AK or AR?

Most if not all of these would be effective.

You mean your dad's SUV? I know the stickers are expensive to some, but $3 isn't that hard to come up with, especially if you pay $3-$4 per cup of coffee at Starbucks. [lol] just giving you a hard time...

We need another run of the ARFCOM License plate bezels...

I got a new car and want one on there BAD!  Stickers won't look good on it, but I might get the RKBA oval sticker on 000Buck's site.  I got a couple other stickers from him, and they're good quality.  I plan on slapping some on my toolbox and range box and some ammo cans.

Not really into stickers on the car.  On a truck, I'd have a few on the back window!

ok, got my IBTL ordered, plus i couldnt resist picking up an OSHA, RKBA, and a got lube? sticker as well..................im running out of room for stickers on the back window of my truck, but considering what those stickers are, it may drastically cut down on the amount i get tailgated!!!!

Here's a suggestion.

[red]FREE[/red] IMBROGLIO!

It would be immediately identifiable, yet would actually let you blend in with the left-of-center crowd.  They would think that you're some sort of radical with a cause.

If you're feeling frisky and want to make up some more types, make this one:

Honk if you've never seen an Uzi fired from a car window.  [uzi]

This car is driven by a disgruntled postal worker and NRA member. Don't do anything to piss him off.

Got my SEC sticker. It was waiting for me at home when I got off the boat.

Slapped it on my ride about 24 hours ago.

Already someone has asked me: "What's a seeing eye cat?"

I told him about the SEC and he laughed and walked off.
