Plenty of invasive plants and bugs are here now, land owners fight them every day. Emerald ash borers from Asia, Japanese knot weed... so effective these policies.

try to get a Dog into Hawaii..

I've had 2 vets in the past week tell their longterm clients that they would not even try to deal with the paperwork and the hassle of canine importation to Hawaii.
