As a dad to 2 recently high school graduated 18 yr old blond twin daughters, I implore you(as a reformed due to DAD status) think about what you will be doing to the father and mother of said 21 year old(unless, of course, she's a total twit, model type knock out, needs to be screwed, begging for it, etc....) You see where I am at, Jesus christmas, every time I think of stuff like that, I just think back to my sweet(or not so sweet, depending on whether you are on the receiving end of their very sharp tongues)

I'd say the 24-26 range is the sweet spot

18-23, chicks are pretty immature
24-26 they are "into their own" - a lot more mature, not necessarily looking for a long term relationship
27-XX they are desperate to get married and have children

My wife was 18 and I was 27 when we got married. No, she wasn't knocked up either. Had to get her out of class one day to sign papers when we went to closing on our first house. Been married for 24 years, our oldest child is 19.

If our 19 year old daughter found an older guy with a good job that treated her right he'd have our blessings.

When I was 37, I was dating a 23 year old. Go for it. Its not like you are buying a house here. Date the girl, and if it doesn't work for you, end it. This is not that difficult of a decision! Besides, there is nothing like a 21 year old's body. :D

There's a formula for this:

Minimum dating age = ( your age / 2 ) + 7

( 33 / 2 ) + 7 = 23.5 = 24

If u can relate to them more power to you or if they happen to be mature for their age. I have always dated older girls for some reason dont really mean to but just so happens that way i usally its a 3-4yr difference my gf is 28. I have hung out with some younger girls but maybe they all just happened to be dumb as a box of rocks but all the omg i was so drunk last week just got old really fast. My girl has a mba and i would take her any day over a ditz.
