Except for my Suppressor, that you didn't list, I rarely use anything but iron sights.

Occasionally I'll use a cheap-assed 4X Leapers scope if I feel like shooting 400 yards away or further, but that's very rare.

Was going more for rail accessories and if they will actually hinder the shooter should they need to fire from an unconventional position.

A surpressor is just an extension of the barrel so didn't even think of that.

The most I ever had was a red dot and a laser. 66% of the time I'm running with nothing it didn't come from the factory with,  except aftermarket mags. I'm weird like that.

I have:

Aimpoint ML3 in a Larue mount
Aimpoint 3x magnifier also in a Larue mount
Larue FUG
Surefire 6p in, you guessed it, a Larue mount
KAC micro rear sight
and an older Blackhawk 3 point sling

I used to have

Sure Fire Light with remote

Vertical Grip and a bipods

I sold it all.

I have two ARs with iron sites only and one with a 20X scope for varmits

At least an optic:

At most, optic, IR laser, white light, and foregrip

If I could afford it, I'd have an IR laser on all of my weapons.

Not a damn thing. Only thing I've done to my AR is add a MOE grip and a PRI Combat Latch. I'm also using an A1 upper. I can't afford all of this high speed low drag stuff like some people here.

Precious little:

The Biothane 1903 sling is now on my A2 and the A1/C7 sports a standard black web sling.

I don't hang anything on my AR's. I like to keep them as light as possible. One is a simple 16" carbine with MOE stock, grip, hand guard and a chopped carry handle for the rear sight. The other is a 20" A2 and is as plain as possible. The 2 builds i am working on now are going to be just as simple. No lights. No VFGs. No optics (nothing against them, i just can't justify spending $500+ on one).

Both, why not?

Work is one thing but play is where your money is spent on what 'You' want (assuming you can afford what you want).

Work, Aimpoint CCO, PEQ-15.  Sometime's a IR flashlight, for night stuff.
Play, EOTECH  and a bunch of worthless expensive bullshit.  Meh.

A rifle without a sling or light is a toy or a tool but not a weapon IMO.

I have my plain Jane 20" with just a sling, may add optics later for hunting.

But I'm happy to know that Because of my sling my high powered .22 cal rifle w/ 30 round mags it's not a toy. I like my sling more now. Thanks ,I'm going to go hold my weapon now.

If you're using an AR for HD or other defensive purposes the only reason not to have some sort of optic is $.

Since this pic I've ditched the VFG and mounted a SR-D-IT dual remote switch for the light and IR laser. I like to shoot at night.
