Usually 8 on weekdays (unless I'm traveling), and 10 on weekends. I wish I could function on less.

5 most nights at the most. I go to bed at 12:00am but it takes till 1:00am to start sawing logs. then about 3:00-4:00 I wake back up for no apparent reason, an other hour or so to fall back to sleep then I wake up again at about 6:00-7:00. This sleep pattern is very normal for my Dad's side of the family.

Generally I get 4 1/2 to 5 hours a night weekdays, and 6 to 8 on weekends.

When you get old, the best bet is when your eyes open, get up.
You usually get lest rest lying in bed than if you just get up. Those old bones get sore laying around. GM |

4 - 5 hrs. Have a handicapped wife and I'm the sole care giver.

You own an MP5SD and an M4, you're never out of line in my book. Your MP5 Mojo still holds the place as the funnest thing I've ever shot..... |

The nights that I am able to get to bed by 12 am, this describes my sleep patterns almost exactly. How tired I am makes no difference. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of a snooze and my arms ache because my fists are clenched so tight. |

|
Maybe 5 hours, if I'm really lucky, usually about 4.
There was some major stress that began about 3 years ago. I went from 7 or 8 hours a night, with occassional weekends when I would sleep in on a Saturday or Sunday, getting as much as 10 hours, to less than 2 hours, sometimes less than 1 hour a night, that lasted almost a year and a half. I've finally got my sleep to 4 or 5 hours a night and am able to manage. |
|
Usually about 6 and if Im lucky I get to take a nap with my 2yr old.

No shit you are on here more than that, but young people need more sleep(about 8 to ten hours) Older people need about 6 hours real sleep! Some people(with less active life styles )need precriptions to produce the emorphines that come from exercise! Sleep is your friend!!! Don't abuse it!! Bob |

Only about 6 or so, but like Bob says, I'm getting pretty old now so that's enough .

That's not bad though... 5 years ago I was lucky to get 2 hours sleep. Has been slowly building up... |

Funny you should ask...
Last night I got about six hours. That's usually about all I get, though I've been able to stretch it to seven a couple of nights this week. |
|
I had 4 hours last night, but 3-5 is a good average during the working week.
