Somebody has to complain that they only come in four bulb capacity now. I remember the days when they came in 30 bulb capacity.

Soooo......How many AR15.com members does it actually take to screw in a lightbulb?  The question has not yet been completely answered?  Three pages of posts and we still don't have the answer!?

113 to claim that they will never use anything less than 100 watt bulbs because they are the biggest, and therefore clearly the best.

86 to say that 60 watt bulbs are just as effective with modern electricity

42 to say that they use 80 watt bulbs as a compromise

58 to complain that they can't find a comfortable way to carry lightbulbs bigger then 10 watts

33 to say that all real men can carry 100 watt bulbs

17 to say that it is too hot where they live and having a 10 watt bulb is better then no bulb at all

17 to say that this is all irrelevant because you should use a spotlight whenever you REALLY need light

I have 300 and 500 watt quartz halogen lights covering my yard, but the bulbs don't screw in, so I'll not mention them.

Don;t blame me.  It is these other comics that are to blame for the humor.  Some of these guys are really funny.  Amazing the 'real' ar15 humor that they apply to lightbulbs.

At least 3 to complain that low watt bulbs are unethical.  If you are going to light an area, do it humanely with a higher watt.

At least 2 more to counter that correct light placement negates the need for higher watts.

At least 1 to post a pic of bulbs in Israel and ask if they are different fro mthe standard US issue bulbs.

My apologies if this has been done, but I didn't see it.

1 to post that he used 68gr. lightbulbs when he 'ambushed' a gaggle (or is it a passel, or maybe a herd) of feral hogs.

1443 to reply that that method of hunting is immoral at best.

32 to defend the hog killer and state that the others do not know what they are talking about.

1 original poster will futher explain the situation.

1441 members will then deem the action appropriate.

The original poster will then change his signature line to entice others to come join him....for a fee.

Thank you sir, what do I win? How about a reduced fee hog massacre. I could bring my AR10 and we could take a couch out with a small fridge full of cokes and such. That way we could 'snipe' them in complete comfort. Maybe we could hire some 'beaters', gun boys, and others to fetch and clean our vanquished foe. This way we would not even have to get off the couch. THIS is the hunt you should be advertising.

BTW, what is the proper name for a group of feral hogs.

- 51 comment that they wouldn't trust their light to anything but a bulbmaster.

- 4 comment that Russian designed bulbs work better in dirty environments and are less likely to be cross-threaded. 2 guys claim Russian bulbs are for peasants that have to be told not to piss in the light socket. 1 guy claims that the SEALS use Russian light bulbs.

- 1 guy starts a thread about "accidentally" sticking his finger in the light socket. 88 comment that it was "negligent" not accidental.

- a thread about strange sex acts performed with the light on gets locked after 534 replies.

- Is it legal to put a pre-ban light bulb in a post-ban socket?

- Can I have a glass blower finish my 80% light bulb for me?

- How can I get a light bulb in Californistan?

- Where do I drill the auto-sear pin hole on a lightbulb, and what size hole?  I just want to know for my science project.  It's perfectly legal.  I swear.
