I had a friend, Sara, when I worked at Sea-Tac airport that ALWAYS ate ramen for dinner. One time she had a friend make it and her friend was draining the broth when Sara walked in and saw the draining procedure in progress. She screamed out, "Oh no... your washing away all my vegetables.".... she was referring to all of the specks of parsley that come in the seasoning packet. [:D]

After spending 18 months in the ROK I prefer my ramyen with cheese and kimchi on it. Not the Americanized/Bastardized version of ramyen but the Korean version that is 10X spicier and contains such delicacies as squid, seaweed and dried fish.
