DU is losing its collective mind right now. They are proving utterly and completely that they despise the Constitution and the right of the Senate to withhold confirmation. Suddenly they are evoking the "swear to uphold the Constitution" line when Obama has defecated on it all along.

and if a republican wins the big boys chair in Nov and the dems take the Senate no way a conservative Justice ever gets seated.
Stall until either HRC gets indicted or until we see how the election is playing out in Oct. Then have hearings on the nominee and just vote the person down. |

Guys, they are waiting until after the election to aproove Obama's lame duck appointee. November to January is plenty of time for them to come vote for a day and get fluffed by Barry for approving Justice Holder.
ETA: All of you stupid fucks will have forgotten about the fucking you got by the time the next election rolls around. |
