I'm guessing there are more than a few women in the Mossad, and I wouldn't bet against any of their agents, even up agianst a SEAL.

Mossad vs SEAL? New thread?
What I know about the Mossad is mostly from the book "Vengence", about the elimination of terrs after the Munich olimpics.
Women were mentioned in the book. The attitude seemed to be that they were really not up to the most serious work. For example, it was mentioned that women terrorists had never fought to the death or blew themselves up; when they were killed it was because the security forces were not taking prisoners, on by accident: "she should have payed more attention to her hand granade and less to her martini . . .".
Male terrorists would fight to the death or blow themselves up, and they were less likely to accidently kill themselves.
My guess is that the general tendency of females will continue in the sky marshals. Female marshals may be less likely to sacrifise the plane (and themselves) to save others.
