I liked the first few seasons of miami vice but it got stupid later on. Did Crockett use a Bren-10? According to cops the way Crockett handled his weapon on Vice was the most accurate for a TV show

If I recall, Walter Koenig [Chekov from ST:TOS] wrote a few episodes of that.  Some of the stories were really pretty good.  I seem to remember one about this Slestak who supposedly had all of the knowlege the Slestak had, and something about the origin of the realm they were in.  

Another one: Tour of Duty.  Season 2 out on DVD December 26th or 28th.  Awesome show.
