I figure a single 50 bmg round to the head would do it.
As mentioned the moving target and lack of good shooting spots would be a problem. However, I really don't care what he does as long as he sticks to the city and kills the UN building somewhere in his busy schedule. I personally would take the guy to a beer plant and have a few brews with him and see if I could sick him on some minor problems this country has. At least he could drink a keg or something like a shot glass or something. |
