We have hunter harassment laws here.
Aside from being charged for shooting at someone he would be slapped with a harassment charge as well. I wouldn't call the PD, I would have called the DEC, the officers around here would not have taken kindly to that kind of behavior. |

Count me as another who always carries a handgun no matter what I'm hunting and when bird hunting I usually have a round or two of something heavier than 7 1/2s or 8s in my vest.
