The skinny on 420,
(Had to research the whole 420 thing for project in college)
420 started out in cali in '71 as a little "code" kinda amongst a small group of high school pot smokers to signify the time at which they would meet to smoke up.

It just eventualy blew up and took on a life of it's own.

Don't believe me, go hit snopes.

H&S 11357(b) (Health and Safety Code)is the code for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

To make a blunt you have 2 or more people sit around for 10 min debating over who is going to buy the cigar, then one of them normally pays me $2 or so to drive them to the store so they can buy a 69cent cigar, never buy a pack it cost too much its cheaper to go get them 1 at a time. Most perfer White Owl from what I have heard, told they roll better. Phillies are a 2nd choice.

Cut the cigar down the middle empty it out, pack with your marijuana light and smoke. It normally will burn along the line that you cut faster then anywhere else.

When I worked for American Airlines in California I lived in Manhatten,Hermosia,and Redondo Beach! I lived a short time in Culver City(but thats another story)!

We would experiment with most anything(this was the sixtys) we would buy Paparu which I think was Herion and PCP!

You could snort a little and party all night,you could play ping pong and every shot would be about 100 miles an hour! But you could shoot your best blazing backhand across the net,then turn around pick your nose wink twice and hit the follow up shot just as hard back!

It is truly unbelieveable what you can do while under the influence of PCP!

So I know for a fact that men have broken there wrists trying to get out of cuffs while under the influence of PCP!

So yes police need to be careful how they handle those that have comsumened a blunt or any other drug!

If you are butt ugly strong with PCP you are that times ten!

I quite buying pot when it became more than 10.00 for a three finger lid!

But I know that there are others that still precure and make a need across borders traficing!

i've seen a VW van with a license plate that said "420JEDI"... hmmm, wonder is he gets stopped much?

also recently seen shirts, etc wit "IV:XX" on 'em... roman numerals for "4:20".

from what i've heard, 4:20 is the time to take a smoke break at work, and have enough time to come down so you can drive home.
