Is there another way to cook?

It's cold and snowy 6 months of the year up here.  I still have a hunger for grilled meat so I send the wife out.

This is the best time of year to grill.  I'm not sweating my ass off over hot flames. Florida problems.

I just did. I had a couple of frozen hamburger steaks I thought I'd toss on there. Unfortunately they didn't turn out worth a damn.

I do periodically in the winter.  Definitely more in the spring, summer, and fall though.

Yep.  I grill out a couple times a month in the winter.

Yes I do.   I grilled some steaks for dinner.   You just have to adjust some for the cold,  especially if its windy.

Absolutely.

Standing over a heat source when it's 100+ outside is high on my stupid checklist.

Over 55,000 BTUs of steak makin' capability.

No way I am going all winter without flame grilled beef.

Absolutely. I got myself a Primo ceramic for Christmas and so far, wings, whole chickens, pork ribs, pork chops, salmon, kebabs and many different varieties of steaks have come off.

London Broil, medium with Hardcore Carnivore black rub on it from last weekend. Snow on the ground, below freezing.

Yes. I grill year round, snow, ice, sleet, rain, wind, etc.

Not really, on the 3 days a year it actually gets cold here or the 1 day every 7 years we get an inch of snow I'm fine with cooking in the house.

That's not finished until you give the dog the bone and tilt that plate up to your mouth and pour the juice in.

Fuck yeah I do. Its cold half the year here. Can't go that long without grilling. But when it drops below 5 degrees, I just use the gas grill in the garage instead of going out and lighting charcoal.

I do year round, but the weather is kinda fucky here in the winter.  28 one day, 72 three days later.  If the weather is inclement I do a gumbo inside.

Hell yes, I brushed snow off 2 weeks ago to grill some steaks, and a few days ago went out in the downpour to grill salmon.

Yes! And I'm a charcoal guy.

I hadn't fired up the Weber in quite some time, and I went out and grilled burgers the other day. They were
great.

You ain't kidding.  We were over there last Thursday and had to backtrack 160 miles cause both roads to Idaho were closed because of avalanche

danger.  That sucked donkey balls.

Not anymore, but I would.

Before I moved to Texas, I kept a narrow path shoveled to my grill.

Yep.  Thermal blanket helps with pellet consumption. I usually draw the line at double digit sub zeros though.
