Question. Do you have any idea what the gun limitations would be should this pass? Pistols, Semi-Autos, Black Rifles?

The ultimate point of all this is to keep Czech gunlaws as they are. We are fighting against EU gun ban. Over time we reached equilibrium when non-gun population trust us and we can get pretty much all we want.
We have shall issue ccw since early 1990s, there are no magazine or barrel lenght limitations. Black-rifles are just normal guns here. You can buy pistol if you are 21 for ccw, 18 for sport shooting and if you are club member as young as 15 if your parents agree.
241.000 out of 300.000 licenced gun owners are allowed to carry gun - we had more ccw licences per capita than Texas until 2010!
I passed gun-licence test when I was student and bought vz.58 claiming its for self defence - and when I loaded the gun I was legaly carrying it to my university (concelaled in bag, there was gunclub one bus stop from ma school).
There are two main issues: JHP in short guns - you cannot carry it in you pistol:-/ If you desire to cary JHP, you can do so in rifle - Vz.58/AR-15 are all legal to carry if you manage to conceal them (printing is legal).
And silencers - btw: legalization of silencers/suppresors was actually proposed by bureaucrats of ministry of interior on our latest discussion how to fight EU directive.

Thanks for your support, so far there is not much foreigners can do. Maybe you can make Trump to tweet in our support ;) , but we dont want EU to know much - we are unfortunately surrounded by EU and our economy is export-dependent.
