It would be nice if the sculptor had used a person who had actually gone through labor and delivery.
As ARDOC pointed out, Brittney had a c/s and that sculpture in no way depicts what a c/s is.

I think the sculptor got confused.

She is in the position that she likely got pregnant in, not the position she likely delivered the baby in.

SOMEBODY REALLY NEEDS TO PHOTOSHOP THE SCULPTURE PICTURE SO THAT IT SHOWS LOOTIE EMERGING!
