Limited Edition Pumpkin tastes like two sheets of cardboard with a layer of Elmers in between. I did not like it. |

Frosted strawberry is the only current flavor I like. They used to have a chocolate crust/vanilla cream flavor that was good, but they dropped it in favor of the current cookies and cream version, which has a different taste.

Frosted Strawberry is where it's at. I used to work for Wal mart and they have a computer program that looks at everything going on in a given area (especially things like weather and major events) and correlates these events to buying trends. They figured out that when the weather turns nasty people stock up on Pop Tarts, especially strawberry frosted. Now, whenever the forecast indicates bad weather the store auto stocks the shit outta them. Pay attention to the big aisle displays that pop up before cold weather. Daniel |

This thread is PERFECT timing.
Thank you AR15.com and GD for your stupid, asinine topics. Today for the first time in about 4 years I bought Pop-tarts. No reason really, I saw them on the shelf and had an impulsive buy moment. I had not even thought of Pop-tarts until seeing them today. I've always been a fan of the Smores flavor, done. In the cart! Wait a moment..... what is this?!?! Cookie dough poptarts!? Well sure, let's give it a try. Fast forward 12 hours to present time. I had forgotten I bought them until reading this thread! I shall now embark on a adventure and try the cookie dough poptarts. AAR coming soon. |

Pop-Tarts taste like freeze dried dog turds. I ate the hell out of them when I was a kid, though. I think the only prerequisite for me eating some of the stuff I did when I was a kid was: "Does it have sugar in it? Yes? OMNOMNOMNOMNOM."

I found out that Pop Tarts are flammable.
Put a pair in the toaster, started the coffee maker, went back to catch the morning weather on tv and heard a buzzing noise form the kitchen. GREEN fucking flames were shooting out of the top of the toaster Grabbed the toaster yanked the cord from the wall and threw the whole thing in the sink. Apartment had a funky smell for a couple of days after that. |
