Anyone else think that Moose looks scared?

For the last two days, since they received the message, Moose has looked terrified while giving the press release...

No?

Did anyone else notice the little decal on the back window?

Looked a lot like:

Garand_shooter, where can you get one of those pistols?  I know a couple of guys who will have that on their Christmas list and I want to know where to get one.

Or the "scout" of the team and shooter is still there.

But yes they reported that they rec'd a call and that the call came from that phone and that the person on the phone, who was arrested, had made that call.

Hmmmmmmmm............

For those who do not have the live feed....Eyewitness from the live broadcast said that the guy in custody is not white nor black...He is Hispanic.  The phone made from that phone boot is relevant to the case. This got to be him.

Maybe he's one of those Mexicans that's gonna take back the South! And he got lost!

I have always maintained the theory that the white van was a decoy. He was an partner that would wait for the shot then take of and make a scence and that is what everyone saw while in the meantime the shooter slips away?

Who knows?

Keep us posted as I get better reports here than from anywhere else.

Definitely appears concerned/worried.  More so than usual.  Like his ship's been sunk.  'Course he hasn't been around too much either.

Apparantly someone was just escorted out of the Citgo station across the street from the Exxon.  Also, FBI and local police have a house surrounded in Chesterfield County (suburb of Richmond).

Notice the guy felt compelled to mention the NRA bumper sticker but not the Mexican flag?

It was a newly purchased vehicle (as denoted by the temp tags), the bumper stickers looked old enough to be from the previous owner.

... re: the three amigos thing: That was the car dealership that sold it to the new owner.

When the Liberals start in with their inevitable "the Sniper-Supported NRA wants to keep 'assault rifles' and sniper guns on the street" bullsh!t, we should talk about how "the Murdering-Mexicans want even MORE Homicidal-Hispanics to flood across our border!!"??

AMEN!

"REALLY? Wow, I guess we have to start profiling anyone who uses a payphone!"

"REALLY? Gee, I guess we better get tire-print fingerprinting programs set up in Deteroit ASAP!"

"REALLY? Gee, maybe he's just some idiot who knows the anti-guns fanatics would salivate over this detail while ignoring the fact that twelve people had been shot. Anything for the cause!"

"REALLY? I guess we should incarcerate Al Gore since his book was found in the Unabomber's cabin!"

etc., etc....

If you will remember the last "normal" political agenda that Pres. Bush had (the day or two before 11 SEP) was giving some sort of amnesty for illegal Mexican immigrants.  I'm sure this was all put on the back burner since the SHTF.

Perhaps an unhappy illegal.....

less than an hour later, investigators issued a statement suggesting the man was not the gunman terrorizing the Washington, D.C., area. And a source close to the case told NBC’s David Bloom that the sniper was not in custody.

I would suggest looking again. I can't make out the writing on the outer edge but that sticker has a white border with blue and red in the center. There is also a white oblong in the center of the sticker.

- Maybe a Grateful Dead sticker??

I'm telling you. If they are running around arresting multiple suspects and already have two in custody, then this is terrorism.

The fact that they have two in custody screams terrorist cell.

I'm not very fond of secret police operations, believing as I do that the American people have a right to know what the heck is going on, Moose needs to answer some darn questions at this press confrence in the next hour. Because I'm starting to smell a goverment cover up of the fact that this is terrorism.

I REPEAT ...

That sticker has a white border, the center is divided into three quadrants with blue, red and white fill. I can not read the writing but it is NOT the classic NRA sticker with a gold border outside a black border outside a red center with an eagle.

Don't get your panties in a wad.

If this is not him/them then expect a shooting in the next few hours or so.  Most certainly before tomorrow.

This guy/guys did not let the wounded Marine take the blame the first time, and if it's not them this time they will kill again by the end of today.

The only decal on the back of the impounded white Plymouth van that I could make out was the National Flag of Mexico, in a waved fashion.

It was located at the extreme lower driver's side of the rear window.

It may be a symbol of pride, or simply an official tag, if the vehicle had been registered in Mexico at some time in the past.

The flag does bear an eagle perched on a cactus in the center (white) stripe part of the flag.

Didn't notice any NRA sticker, but there was a Mexican flag sticker in the left rear window and a BUSH / CHENEY 2000 election sticker on the bumper.  No shit.  It was clearly visible when the police tape was blowing up and down in the wind right before they towed the minivan away.

Obviously we've been kept in the dark about a lot of things. I'm not complaining - that's how investigations go.

I know exactly what you mean.  It's as though this truly is a terrorist act but is being made to look like the work of a lone individual, despite the clear fact that more than one person is involved.

Cops love to charge people with conspiracy.  The legal definition of conspiracy is two or more people colluding to commit a crime.  Here is a conspiracy--not the wild kind from websites, but a legally defined one.  What is this group's agenda?  They must have one, it's too sophisticated and carefully planned to be just a random bunch of thrill kills from two or three people who don't give a damn.  If there were robberies being committed or other property crimes, it would make sense, but no group I can think of has ever gone on a killing spree except maybe the Indians back in the 18th and 19th centuries.
