If your bill is openly unconstitutional it should result in a treasoner's death. What she wants is blatantly an attack on the 2nd Amendment, something she's sworn to uphold. They want registration for a couple of reasons, they want to know who has what obviously, but one of the things I have heard being tossed around is a special tax similar to the auto registration you pay every year where you will be taxed on the number and type of guns you own in order to keep them licensed on a yearly basis.
They want to create a deterrent to own guns while robbing every penny they can from those that do until they can't afford to. |
