Johnny_Reno, I guess we have to just peaceably disagree with each other.

It is believed by our own government though that during the last administration the Chinese obtained the plans and all the specs on how we make our nuclear weapons.

Yes, they managed to get their hands on very sophisticated warhead designs.  Now, let's say they had a thousand missiles to put them on and a command and control structure to support it.  They still couldn't launch one without sealing their own fate.  Taiwan's the only issue that I can foresee being a show-stopper for us.

And when they test their ICBM’s and the fly over Korea and Japan it’s just an accident right?

No, it's called saber-rattling.  The U.S. is very well versed in it's use as well.

Any questions as to what China's Ultimate goals are?

by this logic the rest of the world should be concerned that the US is going to invade it.

every world power sells arms. the russians, the chinese, us, and let's not forget the french who used to sell anything to anybody.

we should invade france for serving too small of dinner portions. very un-american.
