I have a complete lower, 2 magazines, and 100rnds of ammo, but no upper.

The upper is on order, but no idea when it will arrive.

I don't have any. I prefer piston guns even in 5.56. Galil, FS2000, AUG, Sig 556.

I don't own one but I'd like to. I just haven't gotten around to it as I'm not going to pay 1k for something worth about the same as a WASR-10 to me.

I have just one, it works great and would be my GTG if needed, but there are other guns that are worth owning. Not everyone has the disposable income to maintain a collection of ARs.

This would be my opinion as well..lots of guns I own and still yearn for.

I used to have a bushmaster preban before I left for the Army, and sold it to my recruiter the day before leaving for basic. Now that I am out, I do plan on getting a 6920, but I keep buying AK's instead. I promise the next rifle I buy will be an AR.

I'd guess half of the board does. Of the other half about half of that is at least (and more probable than not) an AK, Garand, M1 carbine or some of the imports. Of the quarter left some are planning to (either because of being too young or having just become interested in the subject), are in the process of getting one, have suffered a terrible boating accident and of the few others they are just here to cause trouble with their trolling behavior. Unsupported/ unscientific... .

Personally I'm the victim of a terrible boating accident.

I didn't have one when i first started lurking here. I sifted through and learned a lot. Arfcom probably saved me a lot of money and frustration.

I do not own any AR's and don't plan on doing so. I don't like 5.56 and I like other .30 cal rifles (FAL and M1A guy here) more than an AR10. Now, if I can snag an original AR10 for cheap, I'd add that, but that ain't happening. I don't bash AR's, though. They're good, just not my style.

i have none, and it's not on my wish list.

i'd rather go with anything 7,62. my fun store had a nice couple of L1A1s just smiling at me.
