Mustang looks to be a '68 Shelby GT500KR or some type of clone of one. Side scoops and Snake badges on the fenders are a bit of a clue but the front headlight area looks more like a standard '67-'68 Mustang <shrugs>.

I'm not sure, but I think the changes must go deeper than that. Those look like truck tires to me, on a street car with a serious suspension lift. I'm guessing somebody who respects the metal wouldn't do that to a GT500. I'm going with modified coupe.
