I just found a stove-top espresso pot way in the back of one of my cabinets.. espresso from that thing is like drinking sex.
Kinda like . . an orgasm in your mouth ?

French press is the best way to make coffee.
I got my wife a french press and she said that the coffee she made with it had a lot of fine grit in it. I know the filter mesh on the plunger isn't nearly as fine as you'd have in a drip-brew type coffee maker, so how do you not have the "coffee sand" in the bottom of the cup?
did you use a burr grinder or a whirling blade? if the latter, ditch it and get the former.
Kureg with green mountain sumantran reserve is the best I've found.
I've been known to drink a cup of nescafe classico from time to time as well.
Anything less than turkish coffee is a weak attempt at enjoying the target drug using unnecessary equipment.
List of coffee making devices I currently own and use:
1. French press
2. 8 cup french press/cold coffee brewer
3. Technivorm drip brewer
4. Yama vacuum brewer
5. Turkish/Greek coffee ibrik
7. CBTL espresso/coffee pod machine
8. Moka pot
9. Toddy cold coffee brewer
11. Bodum pour-over brewer
12. Rancilio Rocky burr grinder
Yeah, I like coffee.
