thats sick and disgusting I live in Orange County right now and i can't wait to gtfo of there to be honest. Its been getting worse and worse with crime and assholes like that. Overall I have been thinking for a long time its time to move out of the republic of California and to another state i don't know were i would go yet.......

I went to a water park called Splash Town USA in Spring Texas with my family, when I was 18 years old. I hooked up with 2 very attractive Mexican girls that told me they were 18. I had every intention of getting their phone #'s and returning to party with them later when their "Aunt" approached me and informed me that they were actually 13!
When I was 19, I hooked up with a girl that said she was 18.... She was Mexican too, and I'm here to tell you there was absolutely NO REASON for me not to believe her age. When I was in the Air Force, one of the guys in my career field was banging a girl that if we had to take a lie detector on her being over 18 we ALL would have passed.... but apparently she was 14 and her parents found out about the relationship and gave my boy some greif for a while.... So it is possible that these 2 young ladies had a hand in the situation.... I'm not saying that the 4 dumbasses aren't guilty of raping them, but it is possible that they were led to believe that the girl's were older than they actually were. The girls may have even been more than willing to have sex with these guys drunk or sober... I could totally see myself in those guy's shoes when I was that age. Of course I had more discretion and wouldn't have run a train on a girl that I just got drunk but I have been in similar situations when I thought the girl was a lot older than she actually was. I'm glad I never went any further with the relationship and got busted screwing them!  Ya'll remember how it was when we were 19 or 20... all those hormones + alcohol almost always = bad judgement!

The men are all charged with one felony count each of forcible rape in concert, rape by intoxication, oral copulation in concert with force and fear, oral copulation by intoxication, and lewd acts upon a child under 14. Gomez is also charged with one felony count of unlawful sexual intercourse with the victim's friend. If convicted, the defendants each face a maximum sentence of 35 years in state prison. Wrong on so many levels....
First, what the hell is a 13 year old girl doing getting plastered and going to a party with these guys? Parents and the 13 year old should be beaten for that alone. Second, all 4 of those scumbags should be strung up for the whole world to see. I have no sympathy for rapists. Real rapists, not the consensual-but-then-she-has-regrets-afterwards 'rapists.' And the fact that all four of them were banging a THIRTEEN year old leads me to believe that they have no 'reasonable doubt' ground to stand on. Wastes of oxygen. Third, *IF* they were in fact here as illegal aliens, then their employers, etc also need to be investigated. If they were illegals in a 'safe haven' city, then the city needs to be sued til kingdom come. The whole situation is disgusting. What in the hell is the world coming too?

I was at a party in high school where a "known slut" banged at least 15 guys through the course of the night... on the couch... in front of everybody. She even took a Boone's Farm bottle up her ass  ... but she was 18 and as far as I know only had 1 beer. Some of the guys that she screwed just walked through the door, took off their pants, waded through the sausage fest and gave her Hell. The thing is, she had been doing stuff like that since she was 14 or 15....
When I was in the Air Force one of the guys in the dorm brought a girl in from the club. There were several guys hanging out in one of the rooms drinking beer. I was there and when she came in she wasn't drunk but obviously had been drinking.... someone turned on some music and asked her to strip... she did... then one by one a guy would take her hand and go screw her. She would return to the room naked, grab another guy and go screw him. Many of the guys in the dorm over the course of a year banged her stupid ass... sometimes she was drunk, sometimes not. The night that I met her, just by looking at her I would not have thought in a million years that she was gonna screw 8 guys that night! (For the record I didn't screw her, my then girlfriend, now wife was at the party) She appeared to be an average 18 year old girl, hell I don't even know how old she was for that matter. If she were 14 and the Cops found out about that night those guys in that room would have been in just as much trouble! All I'm sayin' is there's no telling what went down in that room. I like to think that it's exactly like the news story emplies but I bet there's more to the story! - Clint |

Would you think it was ok if it was your kid, and she gave consent? I dont think you would. Im appalled that anyone would try and justify sex with a minor with "it was consensual"
