If the trend from this morning holds my speed has pretty much returned from before my break. Endurance is still lacking somewhat, though.

Had to ride a bike while waiting on a treadmill here at work. Had just enough time for a very short run before I had to leave the gym. Still playing catchup.

LCP in Desantis Nemesis

Probably switching to G42 or G43; sweat is destroying my LCP.

First of all, I run, not jog.

I carried some when I started running, using this Vedder Holster. There are a lot of similar designs, but that one really works great. I could carry a Sig P290RS without any bounce at all.

I stopped carrying though, except for a can of Fox labs spray for dogs. So far I've used it twice, most recently was last week.

Signed up for half marathon in April.

Been on a cruise for the past 8 days and I even made time to use their treadmills.

18.0 total for the year.

I think most people are using either a Garmin  GPS watch (I have one for sale, btw!) or a phone app.

It went great!  Thanks for asking!  Lots of fun for sure.

10k time was 44 and change, half was 1:39 and some change.

13k runners for the 10k, 16k for the half.

Well worth the trip, and we will head to Florida in April for the Dark Side Challenge.
