Well, I'm feeling better right now because I'm eating a huge slice of huckleberry cheesecake.
And, after I learned of the theivery, I shot a beaver in the face. (literary, not figuratively) |

I love usps, my mail carrier and her family used to rent the house across from me, she drives 1/4 mi. from my gate to the front door of my house and places packages under the front door overhang so they don't get wet.
UPS I'm lucky if the fuckers even ring the buzzer at the gate before they drop the package and run. |
|
My fuck tard mail guy drops my boxes at the front door. Icame home to my larue trigger the other day. At least the ups guy has the courtesy of putting them on the back deck and I've never even met the guy.

I would be more upset that theives now know there's gun in the house....

By "carrier" do you mean the actual person who delivers your mail or the company(UPS/USPS)? ETA Beat by seconds Yep, I have all my drivers cell numbers (UPS, FedEx, Mailman)... because my mailbox is 3/4 mile from me beyond my gate. If he/she said they placed it in your box it was stolen. Don't listen to the guys that say you'll see it in a few days. Contact LaRue and tell them it's marked delivered but didn't receive it. |

I will call LT tomorrow and see if it was supposed to be signature required. I'm not expecting them to do anything.... it's just going to suck reordering and having $500 in 2 triggers. ...that, and losing faith in my neighborhood View Quote Funny you say this.... I came home from work the other night to find two big expensive packages from Amazon sitting in front of my gate, untouched. Yet somebody came along and stole the decorative stones out of the gravel along my driveway. Most likely one of the old folks up the street (serious) for their back yard. I have first world problems. Hope your triggers weren't stolen and the show up. |

The good news; I found the MBT
The bad news; some jarhead is drivin' it like he stole it http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/1839709_Drifting_the_M1A1_Tank_on_A_Winter_Skidpad.html |

My 2 MBT's...I picked those up yesterday from the post office because I have a P.O. Box .
I have never had a problem having or getting stuff stolen. When the counter guy handed over the package, the first thing I noticed was the green LaRue packaging tape. It is not very discreet. I am glad it wasn't on my front doorstep. |

I know, don't care. It fit with the general scheme. When some enterprising 'Merican crams an actual tank into a trailer like that and somebody puts a pic of it on the internet I'll use that instead. |

Primary Arms has Geisselle SSA-E's on sale all the time. After owning a Larue MBT, I prefer the SSA-E. Its a far better trigger. Of course if the only experience you have is with the MBT, then you'll probably like it just fine.

Man the level of white knighting Larue on this board is amazing....I swear some of ya'll would put it in your mouth if you could get another bottle of pork rub, or your 57th bottle opener for free. If this had been Palmetto State Armory the pitchforks would be out, and everyone would be blaming PSA for using USPS and if they didn't deliver new triggers by limo, then they would be flamed to a crisp via Facebook This place always amazes me, customer's issue is with post office unless larue charged for ups red, took the money and sent usps. Vendors can't control every local post office bullshit |

I had a complete upper reciever shipped by USPS @ work I tracked it say it was out for delivery. I get home and no package. I check tracking and it was marked delivered, left on porch. I go outside again and look, no package. I call the wife to see if she picked it up. Nope.
I had to go get my son from school less than a mile, get him come back and it was on the porch No way I would have missed it as it was right by the threshhold. The only thing I could think of was the postman marked it and then drove around the block and dropped it off. I went from raving to |

I hate UPS handing off to USPS. I go Fedx if offered now, no matter the $$$ Danny FedEx does the exact same thing and calls it smartpost. They are both equally awful. Smartpost and Surepost are just awful. I tell retailers that if they dare to ship me stuff Shitpost I cease doing business with them. Period. I think you can avoid Shitpost if you send the package to a proper business or upgrade to next day or two day air. |
